1. Applicability
This policy applies to all consulting services provided by Spergillumwwi, including strategy development, organisational planning, digital advisory, and related services. As a professional services provider, we do not offer physical products, and therefore, product returns do not apply.
2. Service Cancellations
2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service engagement after signing a service agreement or accepting a formal proposal, the following terms apply:
Before Work Commences: If cancellation occurs before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or preparatory costs already incurred.
After Work Commences: If cancellation occurs after work has started, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date, as well as any non-recoverable third-party expenses incurred on your behalf.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 5 business days before a scheduled workshop, consultation, or delivery milestone may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total project fee, reflecting the time and resources allocated.
2.2 Cancellation by Spergillumwwi
In rare cases where Spergillumwwi must cancel a scheduled engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
Work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time, or
Offer a full refund for any prepaid fees related to the cancelled portion of the engagement.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered in the following situations:
Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors: If you have been accidentally charged more than once for the same service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.
Service Non-Delivery: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the agreed service and an alternative solution cannot be arranged, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Unsatisfactory Service Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with the service delivered, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds in such cases are provided at our discretion, after a thorough review of the work completed and the issues raised.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
Services that have already been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
Custom research, reports, or analysis that has been completed and delivered.
Consultation sessions and workshops that have already taken place.
Third-party costs incurred on your
behalf, including external consultants, venues, or software licences.
5. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Spergillumwwi at the contact details provided below. Please include:
Your full name and company name
Date of service agreement or project commencement
Description of the service and reason for the refund request
Any supporting documentation (invoices, agreements, communications)
We will review refund requests within 10 business days and issue approved refunds within 14 business days of approval.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
